What is your policy for delivery and pick-up?

We deliver our rental yard cards in Orange County, California, 7 days a week, excluding, Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Easter Day. We usually deliver between 6AM and 9PM. You can request a specific time for delivery as well. We usually pick up the signs the evening of the last day of the rental period.

Please try to let someone in the household know that we will be on his or her property if this is a surprise yard card.

What is the cost of a yard card?

Pricing starts at $89.00, and then is determined by the distance we travel from our home base in Orange.  Please call for our monthly special !

What is the refund policy?

You will receive a full refund if:

You cancel 24 hours prior to the time that the display was to be set up.

You will not receive a refund if:

1. The homeowner stops us from setting up the display.
2. The homeowner asks us to remove the display.
3. You give us less than 24 hours cancellation notice.
4. You have given us an incorrect address or date.
5. We cannot set up the display because of a gated community/security guard that will not allow us access.
6. A dog or other animal is loose that poses a threat.
7. A lack of grassy/gravel area to stake in the signs.

What is included with the yard card?

All yard cards come with our large marquee message board and the message of your choice to the recipient. We also include between 10 and 25 signs, a letter to the recipient telling them who sent the yard card, or anonymously if you prefer. Additionally, we take a picture of the yard card and mail it to the recipient for a keepsake to remember their special day.

What forms of payment do you take?

We accept, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express, (via paypal). We also accept checks, cashiers check, money order or cash.

How far in advance do I have to order?

To insure that we have the signs that you want available for the day you choose, we recommend that you order as early as possible. We can take same day or next day orders, subject to availability.

SPECIAL NOTE: For the safety of our signs and children,

Our signs are very durable and watering the lawn will not harm them. We ask that you do not mow on the day of the display. Please do not remove the signs for any reason, please call and we will come and remove them.
Our signs are not toys, and for the safety of your children please do not allow children to play near the signs.

(Our displays will not damage your lawn, they will simply aerate it.)
